ตำแหน่ง: HR& Admin Staff

Position: HR& Admin Staff (Thai – Chinese)

ประเภทการจ้าง : พนักงานสัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี (Contract 1 year)

พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานประจำ : บริษัท บางกอกคอยล์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด (สาขาอมตะ ซิตี้ ชลบุรี)   

Station: Bangkok Coil Center Amata City Chonburi Branch   Report to: Chinese Assistant General Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Training
  • Employee Relations & Welfare
  • Facilities, Maid and Security Management
  • Government Affairs
  • Coordinate between Chinese Thai staff and other departments.
  • Other activities as assigned.

Qualification:

  • Age 25-40 years old., Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Liberal Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience as HR & Admin Function
  • Good command in Thai Chinese. (HSK Level 3-4)
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and social security regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset and high flexibility.
  • Ability to work full-time at the Amata branch and travel to contact local government agencies. (Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle is highly preferred).)
  • Strong organizational skill that reflects the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs, IA for HR Job, Office 365, email, Meeting online and various office equipment well.
  • Being able to handle pressure in meeting deadlines and to perform a variety of tasks.

 

Work Conditions:

  • Probation period: 119 days
  • Working Hours: 8:00 am. – 5:00 pm. (1 hour lunch break)
  • Working every other Saturday (depending on company calendar) ** ทำงานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์
